Age/ID Verification:

Age/ID Document is uploaded by a parent (via their family account) or by club administrator/registrar within Club Connect. League Registrar will approve Age/ID players in Association Connect.

Risk Management:

Team officals will upload picture, concussion training certificate, PA Child Abuse/PA State Police/FBI check in one file, and Safe Sport Training certificate via their family account or by club administrator within Club Connect. Club administrator will have access through Association Connect to approve/audit documents.

Team Activation (Approval):

In Club Connect, club registrar or team official will "Request Team Activiation" under team instance, then select desired league.

Travel Player Transfers:

Presently, transfer of registrerd players is initiated by the destination team and approved by the original team. This process will be changed (in the future) for league to approve the transfer of registered players and maintain thresholds for the maximum number of transfers per roster per seasonal year.

Player Passes and Rosters:

After approval, player passes and offical USYS rosters can be printed by teams within Club or League Connect.

State Min. Engagement:

Even if your league/club is using another platform to process and accept your organizations registrations, every league and club must use U.S. Soccer Connect to register players/coaches and maintain USYS rosters.
